How did he drop the weight? By applying the power of movement! His busy work schedule has him traveling often but, when he’s back home he making sure to hit the gym and has created a routine that has his goals in mind. With Collin’s transformation, not only has he lost 26.8 lbs but he’s also gaining more confidence in the gym, learning how to push himself without bothering old injuries and improving in strength all around.
